This policy explains how Formi Agência Criativa e de Tecnologia LTDA uses cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser's local storage) on oformi.com.br, app.oformi.com.br, portal.oformi.com.br, and preview.oformi.com.br. The cookie notice is the same on all of them, and your choice applies to all of them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Local storage is similar: it stores information in the browser itself. We use both to make the website and the app work and, only with your permission, to measure visits and ads.

How you choose

On your first visit, the cookie notice appears, with Accept, Reject, and Settings. Before you make your choice, only what is necessary works. You can change or withdraw your permission at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the website footer or, in the app, through your account menu. Your choice is stored for 12 months; after that, we ask again.

Necessary (always active)

Without them, the website and the app do not work. They do not depend on consent.

• app_session_id (Formi): keeps you signed in to the app and the portal. Lasts until you sign out, up to 1 year.
• formi_consent (Formi): stores your cookie choice across all Formi websites. Lasts 12 months.
• manus-runtime-user-info (Formi, local storage): stores your name and profile so the app opens faster. It is deleted when you sign out.
• formi-chat-token (Formi, local storage): keeps your conversation in the chat bubble until you clear your browser data.
• formi-language, formi-theme, formi-currency, i18nextLng, and formi.marketing.locale (Formi, local storage): remember language, theme, and currency until you clear your browser data.
• OneSignal (OneSignal, local storage): app notifications, which arrive only if you allow them in your browser.
• Sign-in with Google (Google): on the sign-in screen, the Google button loads Google's sign-in service.

Analytics (with your consent)

They help us understand how the pages are used and the interests of people who come to us.

• _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics): page usage statistics. They last up to 2 years.
• formi.visitor (Formi, local storage) and the record of pages visited: they recognize the browser and record which Formi pages you open. If you identify yourself (through a Formi link, the chat, or sign-in), these visits are linked to your contact record, for our customer service. They last 13 months and are deleted if you reject them.

Marketing (with your consent)

They measure and show Formi ads.

• _gcl_au (Google Ads): measures ad results. Lasts 90 days.
• Google Tag Manager (Google): organizes the measurement tags and does not set its own cookie.
• _fbp and fr (Meta Pixel): measure and show ads on Facebook and Instagram. They last 90 days.

Other technologies

The websites and the app load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address in order to deliver the fonts, without setting cookies.

Third parties and international transfers

Google, Meta, and OneSignal may process data outside Brazil and the European Economic Area, with the safeguards provided for by law, such as standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework. Each of them has its own privacy policy.

Legal basis and your rights

Necessary cookies are based on our legitimate interest in making the service work; analytics and marketing cookies are based on your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a, LSSI-CE art. 22.2, and LGPD art. 7, I), which you may withdraw at any time, without affecting what has already been done. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
