What Formi Turbo is

Formi Turbo is an option on each Creative Department request that allows Formi to use artificial intelligence to produce the deliverable: texts, images, videos, and voice-overs. It is turned on when you open a request, and you can turn it off before submitting.

With Formi Turbo on

• Formi may use generative AI to produce all or part of the request, such as scripts, headlines and captions, images, layout versions, videos, and voice-overs.
• The creative partners working on the request see that AI use is allowed and may use AI tools in their work.
• The deliverable is reviewed by Formi's creative direction before it reaches you, and you approve it or request adjustments as with any request.

With Formi Turbo off

The request is produced by the Formi team and by creative partners, without AI-generated content. Even so, Formi uses AI for support tasks, such as organizing the brief, reviewing texts, and translating messages.

Quality

Formi maintains the same quality standard with or without AI and is responsible for the final result of each deliverable. AI-generated content may contain errors: check your company's information, prices, and promises before publishing.

Privacy and data use

• The data and materials you send (texts, images, and briefs) are used only to produce your request.
• AI is provided by companies such as Anthropic, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and Kling AI, which process the data through their commercial APIs, without using it to train their models. Formi also does not use your data to train models.
• Processing complies with the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), the GDPR (European Regulation), and the Privacy policy.

Acceptance

By submitting a request with Formi Turbo turned on, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, turn off Formi Turbo on the request. Formi may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the version in effect.
